FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH:
Mitt Romney was never my first choice for President. Anybody who has followed my postings, rants and ravings on the Internet (and within a few FB groups) would have already known that.
What MOST people DID NOT know is who was my first choice. I usually do like my old poker tutor taught me: keep my cards close to my vest, and my enemies closer.
I would have liked to have seen Fred Thompson back in ’08, but somebody probably got to him, like they got to Hillary. Come to think of it, they got to a lot of people.
But the biggest bunch of troglodyte, mouth breathing retards who became subject to the “rope-a-dope” were the retards on the Left Coast of American political thought.
Any number of other candidates could have made it to the top spot in the Republican primaries, but none of them would have been satisfactory. And if the Conservatives and Republicans think there is someone channeling Ronald Reagan, forget it, because he had his foibles, too.
I won’t go into a dialectical dissertation of each of the (R) and (D) candidates: suffice it to say, that I had to use both hands to hold my nose when the pundits started talking… which is rare in my house, because I usually leave the television off.
Unlike some of my Liberal neighbors, I do NOT get all my news from the LSM…
If Mitt does get lucky and win the General Election, and he tries to “slide” left, there will be a great deal of pushback among discontented and ticked off conservative/libertarian/anti-establishment voters of such magnitude that it will make the Tea Party look like a bunch of wimps.
There are a lot of dumbasses insisting that it would be better not to vote for Mitt Romney and let President Obama win another four years. They believe that if things got so bad that the majority of Americans would see the light and vote for their kind of candidate, that things would change for the better.
I don’t see it that way, and neither can anyone else.
And, here’s why:
If Obama gets another four years, he will solidify the Communist base. We’re at a tipping point. If the electoral scale tips beyond 50 percent, we’re going to be living in an unrecognizable America. We’re almost there now. It won’t be the America of your grandparents or parents.
Here are a few things to consider:
Barack Hussein Obama, while vilifying Mitt Romney for opposing the auto industry bailout, bragged about the success of his decision to provide government assistance and said he now wants to see every manufacturing industry come roaring back.
“I said, I believe in American workers, I believe in this American industry, and now the American auto industry has come roaring back,” he said. “Now I want to do the same thing with manufacturing jobs, not just in the auto industry, but in every industry.”
He is calling for the nationalization of American business. (Think Hugo Chavez and the Venezuelan economy, and Cuba’s Fidel Castro.) That’s where we are headed if Obama gets re-elected. It amazes me that so many people believe Romney will do the same thing. Once a business is nationalized, it’s hard to privatize it again.
Personally, I don’t think Mitt Romney is stupid enough to even try that…
It wouldn’t surprise me, though, if the Democrats, through the EPA, shut down the coal industry, and the Oil & Gas industry. They won’t pass a law saying the oil and gas, and coal industries can’t operate: they’ll just let agencies regulate them out of existence.
Do we think Romney will do this? Not if he gets push back from a stacked conservative Congress that we won’t get if anti-Obama voters stay home on election-day.
The newly energized Communists in France are pushing for a 75 percent tax rate for those making more than $1 million per year. I doubt that Romney will go in this direction.
The goal is to stop Barack Hussein Obama, his criminal cronies, and all that he represents. Mitt Romney might give us some breathing room, but only if we continue the assault on the so-called Progressive agenda the day after the November election. Preparation has to be made for 2014 and 2016 and beyond.
If not, then we will continue to be plagued by those who would rewrite history and expect us to believe it. And, as long as that happens, we will continue to get retards like Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Joe Biden, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Charlie Rangel, and a whole host of others like them.
As long as you have a crack-addled Neanderthal shit-for-brains electorate like they have out in southern California, the useful idiots will always be there to support your economic idiocy. If people choose to be ignorant on easily refuted historical, political and economic myths, then what else will they choose to be ignorant of?
Well, we already know the answer to that question: mostly everything.
That’s why people like Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi continue to get elected… and a whole host of spineless RINO’s to boot.
